Marketing Photography for £4.8m Development

All new developments require marketing imagery to promote their investment to potential tenants. I had the opportunity to take it a step further by combining interactive 360 degree photography, drone footage and aerial stills into a marketing package that ensures potential tenants get a positive and attracive view of a new £4.8m development in the heart of North East England.

Station Place is a £4.8 million scheme at Merchant Park, a wider £90m, 65-acre development schemewhich is home to Hitachi Rail Europes Rail Facility, a project I also produced PR and marketing photography for. The first phase of the development is complete, two blocks of high spec industrial units adjacent to a beautiful nature site and the Hitachi Rail Facility. The units offer ready to go facilities for business that need medium or large modern, fully serviced units with offices, warehouse space and connected utlities.

The classic crisp and clean photography is used in their online and printed marketing material. To compliment this I offered a free set of 360 degree interactive images so their potential tenants can virtually look around almost every inch of the property through any device. Potential tenants can swipe to look around the office space, the warehouse, the main parking area, even the WC facilities to get a real life view of the development.

Swipe to look around & double tap or click to zoom

A series of interactive 360 degree stills were created to produce an overall virtual tour of the development in 5.7K resolution that can be animated, creatively used in video or shard as an interactive image on social media. This interactivity, combined with bright, crisp and clean photography, drone footage and drone stills provide a collection of resources that can be combined in any format to promote the development in a proactive and reactive manner, ensuring maximum exposure to the target market.
